All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Beauté La Muse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Beauté La Muse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, Beauté La Muse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

At Beauté La Muse, we prioritize quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products and hair items, we kindly ask customers to review our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final — With Limited Exceptions

We accept returns only if items are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Eligible Return Window:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items Include:


  • Wigs that have been worn, cut, colored, or altered

  • Hair extensions that have been removed from their original packaging

  • Lashes or beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Clearance or promotional items

Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected. Items that do not meet return standards will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@beautelamuse.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.
